Prep technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Prep technician to join their team. As a Prep technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting the efficient preparation of components according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Prep technician

Location: Tonganoxie, KS

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm  + OT on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Maximize throughput on the production line by efficiently prepping all components.
• Ensure all components are prepared according to customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy during the prepping process.
• Perform consistent work aligned with company goals for on-time performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What's Needed?

• Zero years of prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
