Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Nursing Home setting. Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Requirements

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is required.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
