Production & Fulfillment Assistant (Packing / Shipping)

Production & Fulfillment Assistant | Full Time / Direct Hire

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Assistant to join its team. This is a hands-on position that combines light assembly, quality control, order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory support.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly, including attaching components, cutting materials to specified lengths, and basic wire wrapping or stringing
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
• Pick, pack, and prepare daily e-commerce and wholesale orders for shipment
• Package products carefully according to company presentation and packaging standards
• Place products in designated boxes, packaging, or backing cards and include appropriate inserts and care cards
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for daily carrier pickups
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
• Help monitor inventory of components, packaging materials, and shipping supplies
• Keep the work area organized and maintain an efficient workflow
• Assist with other production, fulfillment, and warehouse-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, fulfillment, light assembly, warehouse, shipping, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to be a hands-on team player
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing hands-on assembly and fulfillment work
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
