Full-time Housekeeper @ $800/wk

Property management company hiring one person to join our housekeeping staff. Duties will include:

• Typical housekeeping functions (cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, etc...)
• Deep cleaning when property renovations are completed
• Making sure all trash is collected and at the curb twice weekly for all properties
• Running errands, as needed
• Organizing and sorting to keep things tidy and efficient
• Elevating areas, asking “how can I make this look better?” This goes beyond chasing dirt and looking at properties through the eye of a visitor to give the best possible first impression.
• You will be given a list of tasks needed at properties each day, so ability to follow lists and execute independently is a must.

This is a full time position, with flex/creative scheduling available. So, let us know your unique situation and we can work together to find a solution.

No weekends required.

No travel required; all properties are in Winter Springs.
