Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Chesapeake Fine Food Group is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, dependable individual to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our fulfillment/warehousing division, you will be responsible for order fulfillment and other general duties in our Baltimore warehouse. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and be part of a rapidly growing family of gourmet food brands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate for our team will be a dependable, service-oriented individual who demonstrates a desire to learn and grow. Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, efficiency, and organizational skills are a must. Candidates need to be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participates in the order fulfillment process, preparing packages for shipment and ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately.
• Assists with product assemblies.
• Perform inventory counts during receiving, stock/move inventory as needed.
• Cleans and organizes assembly room, warehouse, and storage facilities.
• Maintains quality assurance standards and complies with all rules and regulations.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with reviewing/managing inventory of boxes and packaging materials.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate an understanding of warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Exhibit good time keeping habits and communicates effectively with supervisor.
• Physical ability to lift/move/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, especially in peak seasons, including evening and weekends.
• Successfully handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or higher
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse/order fulfillment center, preferred
• Food & Beverage industry background, preferred
• Forklift operation/license

Job Type: Temporary, Full-time, Non- Exempt

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
