Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors
• Ability to handle 14-18 calls and keep current throughout the shift
• Assist with client services by following up on inquiries and ensuring the resolution of issues.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
