Fanuc cnc mill operator

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
• Load tools, set tool offsets, and make program adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Make basic feeds-and-speeds and cutting-tool adjustments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• CNC milling experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience with CNC setups and tooling
• Ability to make basic program/offset adjustments
• Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
• CAM programming experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet production schedules
