Wireless Customer Service & Sales

We’re hiring Wireless Sales Representatives to join our retail team and help customers find the right wireless products and services for their needs.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, explain available devices and plans, introduce current promotions, and help drive store sales. If you enjoy working with people and want a position where your performance can directly increase your earnings, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and create a positive in-store experience
• Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate phones, plans, accessories, and services
• Explain product features, promotions, upgrades, and available service options
• Identify additional sales opportunities and recommend relevant add-ons
• Complete activations, upgrades, purchases, and other transactions accurately
• Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and wireless products
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Collaborate with your team to support overall store performance
