Job Description
Full-Time Position
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their communities and confidently manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
Responsibilities include:
• Leasing & prospect follow-up
• Resident relations & retention
• Rent collection & delinquency management
• Move-ins, move-outs & renewals
• Property inspections & curb appeal
• Overseeing make-readies & maintenance needs
• Vendor coordination
• Marketing & occupancy management
• Fair Housing & lease compliance
• Property financials, budgets & expense control
• Weekly/monthly reporting
• Team leadership & accountability
What we’re looking for:
✓Multifamily property management experience preferred
✓Strong leasing and customer service skills
✓Organized and able to manage multiple locations
✓Comfortable handling collections and difficult conversations
✓Strong leadership and communication skills
✓Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
✓CAM/CALP or other NAA credentials are a PLUS but not required!
✓Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
