A good candidate for this job is a person who is reliable, has attention to detail, and enjoys cleaning and organizing. Because we are high volume, prior dishwashing experience is required. After 90 days, we have a few benefits for our back of house staff which include paid time off and free healthcare, along with a sign on bonus.
