Staff-Up, LLC is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Warehouse professional to join a fast-paced distribution operation. If you have strong inventory experience and excellent Excel skills, we want to hear from you!

THIS POSITION IS A GREAT FIT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

5+ years of inventory control experience
5+ years of cycle counting experience
WMS and ERP system experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Warehouse or manufacturing experience
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support daily warehouse operations and inventory transactions.
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage inventory.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and reverse logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve inventory processes.
• Assist with order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years Inventory Control experience
• 5+ years Cycle Counting experience
• 5+ years Warehouse experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis experience preferred
• Warehouse or manufacturing quality assurance experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
