Front Desk Customer Service / Inside Sales

We are hiring a Front Desk Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation.
• Assist walk-in customers with material selection and provide detailed product information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Must have experience in the stone, tile, or countertop industry.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive, professional demeanor.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm)
