Job Description
First Coast Sales Group is hiring motivated, people-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representatives. You’ll meet prospective customers face to face, identify their needs, and present available products and services!
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers in assigned territories
- Present approved products, services, pricing, and terms accurately
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete applications and maintain accurate sales records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in training and coaching
- Follow all company, client, and consumer-protection requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and receptive to coaching
- Comfortable speaking with customers face to face
- Motivated to learn and achieve measurable goals
- Available full time in Jacksonville
- Reliable transportation required
- High school diploma, equivalent, or comparable experience
No sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you develop skills in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership!
