Floyd is seeking an energetic, collaborative and customer focused individual to join our team!  The Account Specialist is responsible for providing effective, world-class, customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with tam members within the customer service department. This position will take a proactive approach to service and overall customer experience. 
 
Primary Responsibilities
  1. Work CRM tickets in support of Customer Service team, including difficult issues. Establish supportive, trusting relationships with warehouse, product and customer service teams.
  2. Manage trade program with Product Manager including oversight of opening of new trade accounts and re-establishment of inactive accounts.
  3. Process new retail orders and proactively coordinate with the Product Manager to correspond with customers to confirm satisfactory order completion.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customers.
  5. Facilitate customer inquiries or issues with appropriate internal departments.
  6. Follow-up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
  7. Boost CRM AI bot interactions to improve responses and resolutions.
  8. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer complaints.
  9. Stay up to date and knowledgeable with the company product line, promotions and any inventory issues.
  10. Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or procedures to further enhance customer experience.
  11. Maintain positive customer and team interactions and relationships.
  12. Assist with special projects including shed sales or other promotional events, and perform other duties as assigned.
