Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional service throughout the repair process
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
• Write repair orders and prepare repair estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings
• Order parts and coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and repair progress
• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Build long-term customer relationships through clear, consistent communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Experience writing repair orders and estimates
• Parts ordering experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and comfort communicating by phone, email, and text
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate customer and shop workflow
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a busy shop environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $52,000-$60,000 annually
