Most home health nurses know the feeling: you finish your last visit, then spend your evening at the kitchen table catching up on notes. At Tricare, we're changing that.

Our field nurses have the option to use an AI scribe built into our WellSky system. All you need is your smartphone, Android or iPhone. The AI listens during your visit and drafts your documentation for you. You review it, make any changes, and sign. No more rebuilding every visit from memory at the end of the day.

What that means for you:

Our nurses who use it love it. It cuts their charting time significantly.

The AI scribe is completely optional. If you prefer to chart the traditional way, that's fine. It's your choice. If you want to try it, we'll train you, and if you can use a smartphone, you can use this.

We're looking for LVNs to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. You'll work under the RN's plan of care, and you'll be supported by our case management team and a leadership team that's easy to reach.

What you'll do:

We serve Bexar County and the surrounding counties, from San Antonio out to towns like Pleasanton. You don't need to live in San Antonio. We're looking for nurses all around the area, and we'll work to schedule patients close to where you live.
