Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be a key member of our team imagining, developing, and improving the functionality and aesthetics for OEMs in the recreational marine industry, automotive, among others.

You will:

·        Develop, design, and implement mechanical solutions including, but not limited to, new product development while managing constraints in space, time, cost, manufacturing, structural integrity.

·        Able to design and modify mechanical assemblies.

·        Actively participate in design discussions with customers and supplier conversations.

Qualifications:

·        BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.

·        5 to 15 years of experience in new product design and development.

·        Proven experience in mechanical design of equipment parts/automation using SolidWorks or similar

CAD software.

·        Familiar with CNC machining and Additive machining technology, and their limitations.

·        Must be hands on and comfortable finding creative solutions to design challenges.

·        Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written - and enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems.
