Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Bangor, ME

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Bangor, Maine. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Current TB Test
- Current Physical Examination
- Dementia Training Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with feeding, hydration, and personal care needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Schedule
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
