Job Type: 6 month Contract to Hire (W2)
Location: Bernville, PA 19506

Pay Rate: $20.75

Our manufacturing facility is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our team immediately. This is a high-intensity role perfect for those who enjoy staying active and maximizing their earnings through consistent overtime.
Schedule & Shift Information
We operate around the clock to meet production demands. Candidates must be comfortable with a demanding, high-reward schedule:
- Shift Structure: 11:00pm to 7:00am
- Work Week: Sunday - Thursday plus Overtime
- Availability: 3rd Shift
- Note: Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week.
- Ideal experience with OS Forklift, Standup forklift and Cherry Picker
- The associates cannot be afraid of heights as they will need to be strapped in and pick products from at least 6 floors high roughly
- All orientations will be on 2nd shift which will start at 12pm on Mondays and Wednesday
- The training will either be on 1st or 2nd shift
- Key Responsibilities:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our material handling process, ensuring the production line never stops.
- Material Movement: Safely transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to the warehouse or shipping docks.
- Loading/Unloading: Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to unload trailers and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
- Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to track movement and ensure the warehouse management system is up to date.
- Safety Compliance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA and facility safety standards.
- Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Stamina: Ability to work 60 hours per week in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record is a must, especially given the work schedule.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for long durations during a shift.
- Safety Mindset: A "safety first" attitude with a clean track record of equipment operation.
