Family Medicine Physician Assistant

Job description:

Oakland Medical is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable, organized and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with in person and virtual visits
- Collaborate with supervising physicians
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Experience:
- Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Active NY state license

- Masters Diploma from certified Physician assistant program

- NCCPA certified

- Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.

-Compensation options include 1099 or W2 with starting ranging from $70-$80/hour based on experience or $127k-$145k per year
