Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDay shift, 4x10 hours (Monday - Thursday, 07:20 AM - 05:50 PM)
Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care to patients in acute care at one facility and then transitioning to outpatient coverage at a sister facility. The roles require flexibility and travel between two hospitals.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in acute care.
- Provide outpatient coverage, including therapies for various diagnoses such as orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Travel approximately 23 miles between facilities for patient care.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, and SLP.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to care plans.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Washington State PT license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with charting in Epic is preferred.
