CT Technologist Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team in a dynamic emergency room environment. This position involves working in a Level I trauma center, providing care for a diverse patient population. The role requires delivering high-quality imaging services while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion.
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality images.
- Support patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current BLS and ARRT certifications are required.
- Advanced ARRT certification is preferred.
- Experience with Siemens equipment and Epic charting systems.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Inpatient emergency room setting.
- Operating room experience.
- Level I trauma environment.
- Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Parking permits are available with different options:
- WMC Monthly Permit: Provides 24/7 access to the parking garage.
- WB Annual Permit: Grants access to specified garages during weekends and holidays.
- CXS Annual Permit: Allows access to multiple parking locations during weekends and holidays.
Prorated refunds may be available for annual parking permits if canceled by the specified deadline. Regular refunds are not available for current or past months.
Summary- WMC: Closest option with guaranteed parking; higher cost.
- CXS: More economical option with various parking locations.
- WB: Least expensive option with frequent shuttle service; offers best value.
