Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Home Health and SNF-based role, supervising PTAs across multiple sites.
Details
- Care setting includes SNF and Home Health, split approximately 50/50, with additional coverage assisting Auburn and Syracuse locations based on PTO and census
- Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
- Supervises 2 PTAs
- Onsite Therapy Supervisor available
- Uses Net Health for SNF documentation and HCHB for Home Health documentation
- Productivity expectations include 80% SNF productivity and a points-based system (approximately 80 minutes per patient, or 27 points if full-time in Home Health)
- No call or call-back requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- License required if applicable
- New graduates accepted
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
