Requirements

Responsibilities

Tutors students up to grade 5 in reading and math for America Reads/Counts program at Joliet Public Library, Main branch (Leadership and Communication)
Students must be selected for training and tutoring by Financial Aid Services. (Career and Self-Development)

Qualifications

Current USF student in good standing
Must attend training session
Students are limited to 10 work hours per week
Must have Federal Work Study eligibility
Students may not work additional hours after their Federal Work-Study funding has been exhausted.
Ability to work at off-campus location, Joliet Public Library, Main Branch (Professionalism and Critical Thinking)
PLEASE NOTE:Tutoring can be scheduled at the Joliet Public Library, Main Branch during the following hours: Monday thru Thursday, 2:30pm to 7:30. Schedule will be determined based on need.
