Compensation: $90,000–$100,000/year
Job Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in a flexible hybrid setting. This role offers a combination of in-person clinical work and flexible remote or in-person hours.
Schedule
- 25 hours/week: In-person, providing billable CPT 97155 services
- 15 hours/week: Flexible hours, completed remotely or in person
- Total: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical ABA services and program modifications.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Review data and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Oversee clinical programming and quality of care.
- Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to RBTs.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and clinical team members.
- Make data-driven clinical recommendations.
- Complete clinical documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain ethical, evidence-based, and compliant ABA practices.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- ABA clinical experience preferred.
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services.
