Elwood Staffing is currently hiring for Reifel Industries in Pioneer, Ohio.  We have full time and part time openings. Full time are on first and third shifts.   Most shifts are Mon-Thursday.

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)

• Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

General Labor Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
