Required Skills & Experience

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience servicing and integrating security and access control systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with CCTV products like (Genetec, Avigilon, Exacqvision, etc.)
- Access Control experience with products like (AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, etc.)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Service Technician to support their customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This person will be responsible for leading service and installation efforts as it relates to security and access control systems. They will act as a customer liaison at job sites to support customer requirements and questions. They will also respond to routine service calls for commercial customers and assist in problem solving for malfunctioning equipment. A successful person in this role is detail orientated and is able to take customer requirements and problems and solution them based on the needs.
