Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team, handling plaintiff-side MVA and premises liability claims.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake and medical management through demand and settlement.

• Handle primarily motor vehicle accident and premises liability injury claims.

• Communicate case updates and legal concepts clearly with clients in English and Spanish.

• Draft demand packages, spoliation letters, insurance correspondence, and settlement agreements.

• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and maintain accurate case files using legal case management software.

Qualifications:

• An active Florida Bar license in good standing is required.

• 1-3 years of hands-on personal injury experience, specifically in pre-suit case handling.

• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred.

• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, is strictly required.

• Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, insurance coverage evaluation, demand preparation, medical treatment monitoring, and case management.
