FORGE supports the Space Force's missile warning mission by providing continuous operational support for critical mission systems. The Operations Specialist helps ensure systems remain operational, available, and mission-ready in a 24/7 environment.

Job Description

The Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and sustaining mission-critical systems supporting missile warning operations. This individual will identify and resolve operational issues, apply system configurations, support engineering teams, and help maintain continuous readiness of operational environments.

Responsibilities
Monitor mission systems in a 24/7 operational environment
Provide system operations and maintenance support
Detect and troubleshoot operational anomalies
Implement approved configuration changes
Coordinate with engineering and integration teams
Document operational and maintenance activities
Support continuous mission readiness efforts

Compensation:

$75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline
4+ years supporting mission-critical systems
Experience with computer systems and network architectures
Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments
Troubleshooting and operational support experience
