Assembler

Role Summary

Operate tools and machinery to assemble, test, and inspect products according to standard instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Operation: Use tools and equipment to assemble products on time following standard instructions.
• Quality & Testing: Inspect and test products to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Schematics & Logging: Read basic prints/schematics and complete required logs (production time, scrap, rejects).
• Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized.
• Teamwork & Growth: Learn new skills from senior team members, work well in teams, and participate in daily improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / GED preferred (Technical certificate or 2-year degree is a plus).
• Experience: 0–3 years of related production, assembly, or trade experience.
• Skills: Ability to follow written/verbal directions, read basic schematics, and use basic computer systems.
