Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The BCBA will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, educate caregivers, and monitor client progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Set measurable treatment goals and modify plans based on clinical data.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to RBTs.
• Provide caregiver education and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, SLPs, OTs, and other providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review treatment data.
• Follow BACB ethics, HIPAA, payer, and state requirements.
• Travel locally to client homes and provide in-home services.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• North Carolina LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year with the same employer.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable providing in-home services and traveling locally.
