Logistics/Inventory Control Specialist

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Logistics/Inventory Control Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis! This role will be onsite M-F 7:00AM-4:00PM offering full benefits. Must have prior experience handling logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming truckload and container shipments
• Ensure each incoming shipment has accurate BOL
• Weigh each item before entering into inventory
• Organize inventory SKU's throughout warehouse
• Prepare outbound shipments by compiling BOL, PO, packing slip, etc.
• Ensure there are no inventory and/or discrepancies between customer request, PO and BOL

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience managing logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role
• Must have strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to take initiative
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple departments
• Forklift certification a plus

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
