Nurse Aide Evaluator

Schedule: 30-40 hours/week (flexible Mon-Sat)

Location: Onsite throughout NYC; Bronx-based candidates strongly preferred. Travel required between testing sites in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

Job Description:

An employer is looking for Nurse Aide Evaluators. These individuals will be responsible for proctoring written exams and evaluating skills of students testing to become a CNA. This person will be completing the evaluations and uploading test scores into the database for exam rooms of up to 8 students. This individual must be willing to travel to other sites by car when needed. This position requires all candidates to hold their RN license. Potential candidates should be comfortable utilizing a computer to access weblinks, sign into virtual meetings, and input data including test scores. This individual should be aware they are responsible for monitoring and proctoring exams and are not responsible for providing any direction or teaching to students during the exams.

Must-Haves:

• Active RN License in NY
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience utilizing RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Strong interest in transitioning into a management/leadership position
• Ability to learn operational processes and eventually oversee a team of Nurse Aide Evaluators
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Webex, database navigation, and data entry
• Ability to accurately document and upload candidate testing results
• Willingness to travel throughout NYC and New York as needed

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Experience coordinating healthcare staff or operations
• Experience in training, quality assurance, auditing, or evaluations
• Prior testing, certification, or compliance-related experience
