NOW HIRING: SENIOR PHYSICAL SECURITY SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN Parkersburg, WV Area | Field Position $25$35/hour, based on experience & licensing Full-Time | HourlyParkersburg Mancan is partnering with a local company seeking an experienced Senior Physical Security Systems Technician to serve as a Lead Installer on commercial security projects.This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can lead complex installations, troubleshoot advanced systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIESLead installation, programming, and commissioning of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systemsPerform advanced troubleshooting and resolve technical issuesPlan, install, terminate, and test low-voltage cablingRead blueprints, schematics, riser diagrams, and project specificationsServe as the on-site technical lead and ensure quality and code complianceTrain and mentor junior techniciansCoordinate with project managers, customers, contractors, and other tradesMaintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and inventoryFollow all safety procedures and NEC requirements REQUIREMENTSActive Alarm, Electrical (ELE), or Low Voltage license required35 years of physical security/low-voltage installation experienceAdvanced knowledge of access control and low-voltage systemsFamiliarity with NEC requirementsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentAbility to work on ladders and lifts and lift up to 50 lbs.High school diploma/GEDValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferred: NICET or manufacturer certifications, IP networking knowledge, and additional electrical/alarm/low-voltage licenses.
