Babysitter Needed for my Children

Mount Vernon family needs a full-time nanny. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal prep, and who has their own car, does not smoke, is comfortable with dogs, and is CPR certified. We love arts and crafts, spending time outside, and reading. We limit screen time as much as possible. Our eldest will be in daycare three days per week. Our home runs on kindness, respect, and understanding. We are gentle, but authoritative and expect consistency with our methods of discipline. We also respect and admire other cultures, love STEM, and are lgbtq+ friendly.
