Salt and/or Plow Truck Driver

• Complete the assigned plow or salt route according to event priorities, site maps, push and stacking plans, material direction, and service deadlines.
• Operate plows, wings, spreaders, controls, lights, and related truck equipment only after training and authorization.
• Use safe winter-driving, following-distance, backing, turning, intersection, loading, spreading, and parking practices and comply with applicable traffic and vehicle requirements.
• Coordinate with site leaders, loaders, shovel crews, other operators, and dispatch to prevent conflicts and ensure complete service.
• Monitor pavement, precipitation, refreeze, drifting, traffic, access, material supply, and equipment status and report changed or unsafe conditions promptly.

• Complete required pre-trip, in-event, and post-trip inspections and immediately report vehicle, plow, spreader, tire, light, brake, hydraulic, or safety-device concerns.
• Apply approved deicing materials at directed rates and locations; record quantities accurately and report spills, shortages, calibration concerns, or unusual usage.
• Complete Aspire work tickets, service times, route notes, photographs, issues, and material entries accurately and on time.
• Clean, fuel, inspect, and stage the truck and attachments after service and report strikes, damage, defects, or maintenance needs.
• Maintain required license, qualification, medical documentation, and training for the assigned vehicle.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Company driving requirements; DOT qualification and commercial driver's license when required for the assigned truck.
• Experience driving in winter conditions and operating plow or spreader equipment is preferred.
• Ability to complete Company road, vehicle, plow, spreader, site, and material-application training before independent operation.
• Basic vehicle and equipment awareness and ability to complete inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
• Ability to understand and follow site maps, work tickets, route plans, safety information, weather-response instructions, and verbal direction.
• Dependable attendance and ability to respond within established call-in and event-readiness expectations.
• Ability to use a mobile device and Company systems for time, work-ticket, material, photo, issue, and quality documentation as assigned.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, teamwork, and professional conduct consistent with the Employee Handbook and Company standards.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and work with hands for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or approved lifting methods.
• Work outdoors in darkness, precipitation, extreme cold, wind, ice, traffic, noise, exhaust, vibration, and other changing winter conditions.
• Wear required PPE and remain available for weather-driven assignments that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and overtime.
• Maintain alertness during winter operations, take required breaks, and immediately report fatigue or any condition that could affect safe performance.

Compensation details: 22-35 Hourly Wage
