Flex CDL-A Open Deck Company Drivers

• Competitive hourly pay with bonus on top. Earn up to $28/hr, depending on location, plus an additional safety and service bonus for drivers who deliver professional, reliable service.*
• A schedule built around your life. This flex position keeps you out 3-4 nights a week, giving you earning consistency without the full-week commitments of OTR.
• Close to home. Runs typically stay within a 350-mile radius of the Quad Cities, keeping you on familiar roads and close to your home base.
• Night delivery flexibility. Drivers should be comfortable delivering at night on occasion as part of the role.
