Your impact

• Direct multiple steel construction efforts simultaneously without losing sight of cost, quality, or deadlines.
• Convert project scope into actionable plans: milestones, resource plans, and sequencing.
• Serve as the connective tissue among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track performance indicators and adjust plans to stay on course.
• Be a visible safety and quality champion during routine site visits.
• Communicate clearly—status reports, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
• Own documentation: contracts, change orders, and progress logs.
• Elevate the team through collaboration, mentorship, and standard work practices.

• Solid grasp of steel fabrication, erection methods, and field operations.
