Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients

• Conduct patient evaluations, tests, and assessments to determine patient needs

• Implement and administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to safety and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field

• Minimum zero (0) years of experience in the field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Alabama

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed

• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
