Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference in people’s lives and the community? Do you want variety in your job, where every day is different? Do you enjoy leading teams while still rolling up your sleeves to help get the job done?
If you said yes to the above, then we may have a great opportunity for you at Rainbow Restoration as an Emergency Services Field Supervisor!
This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on mitigation experience and is ready to take the next step into field leadership. We are looking for career-oriented individuals who are eager to continue growing within the Restoration Industry. This role offers strong potential for future advancement into Project Management and operational leadership opportunities within the company.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, dependable, customer-focused, and motivated to make a quality difference within our territories while helping lead teams through emergency response and restoration projects.
The hourly rate is based on cost of living within the assigned territory as well as previous experience and certifications. The pay range for this role is based on experience, certifications, and leadership background. With overtime and emergency response opportunities, motivated team members can earn significant additional income annually.

Position Summary
The Emergency Services Field Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the mitigation and restoration department, helping oversee technicians, job sites, operational workflows, and restoration quality throughout residential and commercial mitigation projects.
This role focuses heavily on water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, containment, and emergency response services while supporting crews in the field and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and IICRC standards.
