Experience We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Representative to join our team at Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Inc. This role is essential in help manage our procurement processes and ensuring that we maintain optimal inventory levels while supporting our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technicians to obtain required packing slips and documentation
- Create purchase orders and assist with purchasing processes
- Manage incoming calls and communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Support the Controller with administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure efficient day-to-day purchasing operations
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid Driver's License
