International Chefs de Partie | Riviera Dining Group
Miami & Winter Park, Florida | Full-Time | J-1 Trainee Program
Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Florida through our 12-month J-1 Trainee Program.
This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary leaders.
Ideal Candidates
- 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong culinary skills and high-volume kitchen experience
- Basic English communication skills
- Passionate, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
J-1 Program Includes
- 12 months of structured culinary training
- Hands-on experience in luxury U.S. hospitality
- Mentorship from experienced culinary leaders
