SOUS CHEF Pascagoula, MS

Global Team Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Sous Chef for a full-time opportunity in Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Schedule: Monday–FridayHours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PMFull-Time: 40 hours per weekOvertime: May be availableOpportunity: Position may be extended and could lead to permanent employment

What You'll Do:• Assist with coordinating and leading daily food service operations• Help oversee and provide direction to food service staff• Work closely with management and other team members• Support kitchen operations wherever needed• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and cost-effective food service operation

Qualifications:• Previous Sous Chef experience OR strong culinary leadership experience is required• Strong organizational and leadership skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations professionally• Must be able to read, write, understand verbal instructions, and perform basic arithmetic• Must complete required sanitation training
