First Shift assembly

Location: London, Ohio
Pay: $17.50 per hour base pay + $1.00/hour attendance bonus

Shift: 1st Shift

• Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to work in a manufacturing facility specializing in semi-truck seats. This position works along an assembly line adding various parts and components to build completed seats. Employees rotate between different stations throughout the assembly process.

Job Duties

• Assemble semi-truck seats on a production line
• Add various parts and components during the assembly process
• Rotate between different assembly stations as assigned
• Lift and move seats back onto the assembly line
• Perform repetitive assembly and material-handling tasks
• Follow established production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous assembly or related experience required
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 40 lbs. when moving seats
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced assembly environment
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• Must be available for mandatory overtime as needed

Attendance Incentive

The additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus is provided upfront, bringing the rate to $18.50/hour. Attendance occurrences result in loss of the bonus until it is earned back.
