Industrial Electrician

We are looking for an Industrial Electrician to come join our team!

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on production and facility equipment.

• Work with 24VDC through 480V electrical systems, including 120V power systems.

• Wire motors and production equipment.

• Install, troubleshoot, and replace sensors, fuses, relays, and other electrical components.

• Perform circuit troubleshooting and electrical repairs to minimize equipment downtime.

• Install and run conduit.

• Pull and terminate electrical wiring and control wiring.

• Wire and terminate electrical panels.

• Install and maintain cable tray systems.

• Install lighting and associated electrical wiring.

• Install and wire security cameras and related equipment.

• Support ongoing small construction and improvement projects.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.

• Follow all company safety procedures, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout requirements.

• Work between the Roll Mill and Melt Shop as needed to support production and maintenance operations.

• Experience working as an Industrial, Maintenance, or Electrical Technician/Electrician.

• Ability to wire motors and electrical equipment.

• Ability to run conduit and pull wire.

• Ability to wire and terminate electrical and control panels.

• Experience installing and troubleshooting sensors.

• Experience installing cable tray.

• Ability to perform control wiring.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair 24VDC–480V systems.

• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, fuses, relays, sensors, and motor controls.

• Ability to use electrical test equipment such as a multimeter.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems safely and efficiently.
