Shift & Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend

Pay Rate
Traveler: $25 - $27/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate long-term care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
Active New York CNA Certification.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
BLS Certification required.
Experience with Hoyer lifts, ADLs, repositioning, feeding, and incontinence care.
Knowledge of PPE and isolation precautions.
Ability to accurately document intake and output.
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
Provide safe patient transfers using Hoyer lifts and other appropriate equipment.
Assist with incontinence care and maintain resident comfort and dignity.
Follow PPE and isolation precautions.
Monitor and accurately document intake and output.
Support residents and nursing staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable care environment.
