Job Description
We are seeking an experienced**Industrial Maintenance Electrician **with 8+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience and a strong electrical background.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and light construction throughout the facility.
Maintain and troubleshoot large compressors, pumps, motors, and rooftop HVAC equipment.
Install and run conduit up to 3.5", with most work involving 2" and smaller.
Pull wire and complete in-wall electrical construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical prints, and basic wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase systems, MCCs, transformers, and control circuits.
Work independently with limited direction, using the plant layout and equipment knowledge to identify and resolve issues.
PLC experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
8-10+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience.
Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance skills.
Ability to read electrical prints and follow circuits.
Experience with conduit installation, wiring, and basic electrical repairs.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
You should be proficient in:

- HVAC Troubleshooting
- Conduit Bending
