Companion Care Needed

Looking for over night care for my mom in her 70's. She mostly sleeps through the night, but may need help making it to the restroom or help with medication if she wakes in pain. We have day time help that can catch you up to speed on a daily basis. There is a living room with television next to her room, and doesn't need constant in-room monitoring.
