Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

Two factors in our care needs: 1) we have a 2-yr-old who is more than likely some level of neurodivergent (no dx yet, but both parents ADHD/autistic) 2) I (mother) am disabled due to chronic illness, namely chronic pain/fatigue. I don't need personal care at home, but I juggle ongoing medical appts, and I'm fairly limited in capacity to manage both childcare and chores. Our goal is to find someone who can be an extra pair of hands during the day (basic toddler needs, assisting with laundry, dishes, meal prep), as well as providing childcare when I have appts or errands that need to be child-free. My biggest limitations are lifting capacity, and stamina during tasks like cooking.
