Pet Care Needed

He has not been walking for last year because of my health, but has a large yard to roam about. He will respond fairly to commands, but can be stubborn at times of stress (cold/heat/noise) Looking to ramp him up for now, so a walk around the block should suffice for the moment. As time progresses, extra blocks can be added, as well as a stop to the dog park (which can be accessed while on a walk)
